How do I know my order is confirmed ?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order number, which is shown on the order confirmation screen.

You will also receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, please check your spam folder as your mail provider may have sent it there for security reasons.

These acknowledgements and confirmation emails do not mean that your order has been accepted, nor do they guarantee that your order can be fulfilled. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the goods to you. Please note your credit/debit card may be charged at any point between acknowledgement of your order and dispatch.

If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Reasons we may not be able to accept your order include the following:
- The product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable
- Unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for
- We cannot authorise your payment
- We are not allowed to sell the goods to you, or you are not allowed to buy the goods from us
- You have ordered too many goods
- There has been a mistake in the pricing or description of the product
- We are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

Can I change my shipping address after the order is placed ?

We are only able to change a directions if the package has not been shipped. For packages already on transit we are not able to make changes.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes, we ship internationally but unfortunately not to all the countries. If your country didn't appear at the shipping section during the check out means we are not shipping at the moment to your location. Feel free to write us to info@amt-studio.com with your direction and we will do our best to find a solution.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

- Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days. In Spain deliveries are from 24-72h.
- Foreign shipping could take up to 10 business days.
- Please note that during festive seasons, Black Friday and collection launches, shipping times may take a bit longer.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally here in Spain and in Portugal. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Discover more here.
