Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, items like underwear and swimwear are also non-returnable unless faulty. Final sale or outlet items are non returnable. 

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified at our facilities, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
