RETURNS & REFUNDS

Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving any reason. At amt. we extend this period: we accept returns within 15 days of delivery (including the day you receive the package).

How to return. Request your return through our returns portal: https://amt-studio.shipping-portal.com/. 

Conditions. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Sale and outlet items purchased online can also be returned under the same conditions.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised products, or to sealed items unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons (such as underwear and swimwear) once unsealed after delivery, unless faulty.

Return shipping. The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refunds. Once the returned products are received and checked, we will issue the refund to your original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days and in any case within the legal deadline of 14 calendar days from receiving the products or proof of their shipment.

Exchanges. We work with small stock, so direct exchanges are not possible: please make a return and place a new order. Contact us if you need help at info@amt-studio.com.

Damaged or defective products. All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (3 years in Spain). If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with a description and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note it on the carrier's delivery note.
