TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products through it. The website is operated by Sustainable Dreams SL (VAT B05330576, C/ Séquia 69A, 3r 1a, 08242 Manresa, Barcelona, Spain), of which amt. is a trademark. Please read these Terms carefully before using this website. By using it or placing an order you agree to be bound by them. These Terms may be updated; the version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
1. SCOPE
These Terms apply to the sale of amt. products through this website to consumers in the countries we ship to. This website is intended for people over 18. If you are a minor, please review this information with your parents or guardians.
2. USE OF THE WEBSITE
By using this website and placing orders you agree to use it only to make legally valid enquiries and orders, not to place speculative, false or fraudulent orders, and to give us a true and accurate email address, postal address and other contact details, which we may use to contact you about your order. If you do not give us all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order. By placing an order you confirm that you are over 18 and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. If supply difficulties arise or an item is out of stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid. Our products may also be available through our network of stockists.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content. We will always try to process every order, but exceptional circumstances may force us to cancel an order after the order confirmation has been sent; if this happens we will inform you and refund any amount paid as soon as possible.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery will be made to the address you indicate, which may be different from your home address. Identification of the buyer or recipient by official document and signature of the delivery note may be required. Delivery times shown on the website are indicative; amt. will make every effort to meet them. If after two attempts delivery is not possible, the carrier will store the product for 15 days for collection, and we will leave a note explaining where your order is and how to collect it. After those 15 days, if the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we may recover the products.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are those shown on the website at any given time, except in case of obvious error, in which case we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT; shipping costs are added at checkout as set out in the Shipping Policy. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, payable by the customer. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card data is encrypted to minimise risk, and the charge is made when you confirm your order. Cards are subject to checks and authorisations by their issuer; if the issuer does not authorise the payment, we cannot complete the sale and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving any reason. At amt. we extend this period: we accept returns within 15 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy. To exercise this right, request your return through our returns portal; you may use the model withdrawal form provided by law, although it is not compulsory. Products must be returned unused, with all tags and packaging intact. The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. We will refund all payments received (except return shipping costs) using the same payment method, within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned products or proof of their shipment. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or to sealed items unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons (such as underwear and swimwear) once unsealed after delivery.
8. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which in Spain is 3 years from delivery. If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the contract, contact us at info@amt-studio.com and we will repair it, replace it or, where applicable, reduce the price or refund it, as provided by law. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear of the materials. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note it on the carrier's delivery note and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photos of the issue.
9. LIABILITY
We do our best to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. Colours shown on the website are as faithful as possible to the original, but may vary slightly from the actual product due to your screen and browser. We are not liable for failures caused by force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control (strikes, technical breakdowns, maintenance, interruptions, access problems, data loss or delivery delays); our obligations will be suspended for the duration of such events and we will find a solution to fulfil your order once they end. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be limited or excluded, nor our liability in cases where it cannot legally be limited.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Sustainable Dreams SL owns all intellectual and industrial property rights in this website and its contents, including images, videos, texts, trademarks, logos, colour combinations, structure and design. Reproduction, distribution or public communication of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, in any medium, without express authorisation, is prohibited. amt.® and its logo are registered trademarks.
11. VIRUSES AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for damage resulting from denial-of-service attacks, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may affect your equipment as a result of using this website. Links to third-party websites are provided for information only; we have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them.
12. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Some texts and image retouching on this website (such as product descriptions, guides and product silhouettes) are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. All content is reviewed, edited and approved by our team before publication.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law; if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the consumer law of your country of residence.
