ABOUT US
amt. was born in 2016 in Manresa, Catalonia, founded by Adrià Machado.
In amt we create timeless garments made from organic, recycled and biobased materials, inspired by nature and art. We design for longevity, produce in small runs in nearby ateliers, and the exact composition of each piece is listed on its product page.
We are always aware of our values, based on respect and care for people and the planet in every decision. Driving for continuous improvement to be better every season.
At the age of 21 Adrià started to showcase his collection at 080 Barcelona Fashion Week and to appear in some of the most important fashion magazines in the country, such as Vogue, Smoda, Elle, Glamour, Cosmopolitan and Marie Claire.
In 2019 he became one of the 15 finalists of Who’s on Next of Vogue Spain. In 2021 Adrià becomes a board member of MODA-FAD, a collective of professionals from the different areas of fashion, with the enthusiasm to promote and give visibility to creators, to fashion businesses and to new talent, fostering a positive impact in the fashion industry.
Machado has also taught at the LCI Design School and the University of Barcelona, sharing his experience in commercialisation and own-brand design with master's and postgraduate students.
In 2025 amt. received the 7th Gest! Award for Business Development Initiatives, and in 2026 the Internationalisation Award from the Manresa Chamber of Commerce.
amt. currently has more than 90 points of sale across Spain, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the United States and Canada.

All our products are made in small family businesses, ateliers and factories near our Manresa studio, in Spain and Portugal.
Supporting local artisans and traditional crafts helps preserve cultural heritage and craftsmanship, fostering a sense of pride and identity within the community.
Embracing local manufacturing gives us greater control over our production processes. We can create smaller quantities with precision and attention to detail, ensuring each piece meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship.
